My book

I've written a book designed to help people overcome depression, and it will be published as an eBook on Amazon soon (once I win the war with my Kindle!)

My book doesn't recommend that you take bunch of pills to fix your problems (I can't stand ones that end with 'and then I found Prozac' - what kind of inspiration is that?) It also doesn't pretend to offer a quick and easy fix - There aren't any. Fighting depression and quitting self-harm takes time, and it is a hard, treacherous road to find yourself on. However, I am living proof that it is possible to change, and I can only hope to inspire others.
